The NEOTECH 15XBT printer is a piece of scientific equipment that can be used to manufacture an object using a 5-axis additive process. The main originality of this equipment is its ability to deposit several materials with very different rheological properties, ranging from non-viscous liquids to molten thermoplastic polymers. To achieve this, the printer has several different print heads:
- 2 screw dispensers ;
- 1 piezoelectric dispenser ;
- 1 pneumatic dispenser ;
- 1 filament extruder ;
- 1 pellet extruder
The printer is also equipped with post-processing tools such as post-cure lamps (UV and infrared), a machining and pick&place system for positioning electronic or other components during printing. The equipment is completed by control systems: scan of the printed surface, infrared camera measurement of the temperature of the deposited layers and vision system for object recognition.
